We look after our staff! But we are always interested in hearing from you if you would like to join our team as some. Our yard is based in Send (GU23) and you would need to be able to meet at the yard each day, be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors in all weathers. We undertake a wide range of fencing and gates so we always keep you busy and the work interesting, all staff are PAYE and we do not take on Self-Employed full time staff. Self-Employed contractors are welcome to send us their details as we have opportunities for individual works during busy periods.
Team Leaders would need to be able to manage a small team and have extensive experience in the fencing industry in both domestic and commercial settings, driving licence and we will need to complete an enhanced DBS. You will be expected to be able to complete jobs to a high standard and organise your team whilst overcoming day to day problems as they arise.
Fencing Labourers would also need to be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors, driving licence not essential but you must be able to get to your yard each day and complete and enhanced DBS.
